Well the proverbial you get what you pay for has jumped up and bitten me square in the butt. Thought I would save so serious money by switching credit card processors but that’s not quite the case.¬† So fellow retailers whatever you do check into what fees are and what policy is if you have a charge that is over your avg ticket amount or you have a single charge that is over 40% of your monthly limit. Oh yea and don’t forget to check your monthly limit. This now seems to be a moving target based on the state of the economy and the markets you are using the service in. Also make sure that the Risk Mgmt genius you are talking to provides you with the correct information and not someone else’s account numbers etc like the one I was talking to did. Banks never change do they? T hey want everything to cover their butts in all circumstances but give no service or quarter to the customer. I wish I could run my business this way but als I can’t and maybe thats why the banks are in such wonderful condition now. I will be happy to name this horrible processor just as soon as I get my issue resolved with them as I am sure there are more of us out there.¬†Thanks for tuning in!
