Commitment to Self

Well it has finally happened. I hit that point in ones life when it is time to commit  to really getting back in shape. I have always eaten well,but it is now time to commit to more exercise.  Yoga ,tai chi and weights biking walking,running.  Isnt  funny how we know we need to commit time to ourselves to keep us running strong but always find some excuse. Well I have finally decided that it is not a selfish act to do the work . It is actually more selfish to my family not to do it. So off I go on my adventure . I will be writing about my progress. so all of you 50 somethings that have been thinking about this come on jump on board and lets lose weight,gain,gain strength and gain some new prespective! This train is leaving today!
